落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の１０パーセントに相当する額を加算した額(当該金額に１円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする)をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の１１０分１００に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること
(7) 電子調達システムの利用
本件は、電子調達システムを利用することができる案件である
２ 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第７０条の規定に該当しない者であること
なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第７１条の規定に該当しない者であること
(3) 令和０７・０８・０９年度法務省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）において、「物品の販売」の「電気・通信用機器類」で「Ａ」又は「Ｂ」の等級に格付けされ、近畿地域の資格を有する者であること
(4) その他、予算決算及び会計令第７３条の規定に基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有する者であること

公告日から令和７年７月４日（金）までの平日８時３０分から１７時００分まで（ただし、 １２時１５分から１３時００分までの間は除く）上記(1)及び電子調達システムにて交付する

この一般競争に参加を希望する者は、入札説明書で示した書類を指定期日までに提出しなければならない入札者は、開札日の前日までの間において、支出負担行為担当官から当該書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなければならない

本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者のした入札書及び入札に関する条件に違反した入札は無効とする

５ Summary
(1) Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity: Naomi Miki warden of Wakayama Prison
(2) Classification of the products to be procured: 16
(3) Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased: Renewal of Integrated Security System for Wakayama Prison.
(4) Delivery period: Stated in the Tender Instruction.
(5) Delivery place: To be designated by the official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity.
(6) The tenderer may use ‘Government e－Procurement System’ for the proposed tender.
(7) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall: ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reason within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the said Cabinet Order. ③Have Grade A or B for ”Sale of product” in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders related to the Ministry of Justice(Unified qualification for All Ministry and Agencies) in the fiscal year of 2025/2026/2027, and have qualification for the dealings in Kinki district. ④Fulfill qualifications specified by the Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity in accordance with Article 73 of the said Cabinet Order.
