資料提供招請に関する公表次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。令和3年９月６日国立大学法人秋田大学長 山 本 文 雄◎調達機関番号 415 ◎所在地番号 05○第１号１ 調達内容(1) 品目分類番号 14(2) 導入計画物品及び数量秋田大学情報基盤システム 一式(3) 調達方法 借入(4) 導入予定時期令和４年度３月以降(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件A 調達するシステムは，本学の教育・研究および業務等を推進するための基盤システムであり，教育用システム，及び仮想化基盤サーバとファイルサーバシステム，基幹ネットワークシステム，及び運用管理システム等により構成される。B 教育用システムは，全学における情報教育を含むあらゆる分野の教育に資するものであり，講義，演習及び自己学習を実施するための機能を有し，実習用コンピュータ端末，ネットワーク，サーバ，ユーザ管理システム，バックアップ機器，各種教育用ソフトウェア等の構成を有すること。C ファイルサーバシステムは，教育と研究活動等を支援するシステムであり，マルチメディアデータに対応し，十分な容量と機能・性能を有するシステムであること。D 仮想化基盤サーバは，様々なサービスを提供する複数の仮想サーバを収容し，サービスアプリケーションを効率的に実行できる演算処理能力と記憶容量を持ち，高可用性を備えていること。E 基幹ネットワークシステムは，キャンパス情報ネットワークと各システムを結ぶネットワーク，ネットワークサービスシステム，セキュリティ対策システム，バックアップ機器等の構成を有し，全学的に十分に円滑な通信及びサービスを提供し，かつ新型マルウェアの侵入や多様な手口による不正アクセス等を防御する強固なセキュリティ機能，性能を有すること。F 運用管理システムは，システムやネットワークの運用状況，利用状況，障害発生等を集中して監視，記録，通知できること。さらに，利用者管理を一元的に行えること。G オンライン学習，リモート利用に対応したシステムであること。H 効率化，省スペース化，省エネルギー化が図られ，高可用性と耐障害性が考慮されていること。I 安定な稼働の維持と迅速な障害対応が可能な保守体制を有すること。J 既存の資産の継承を含めシステムの円滑な移行をサポートすること。２ 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記１(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。(1) 資料等の提供期限 令和３年10月８日17時00分(郵送の場合は必着のこと。)(2) 提供先 〒010－8502 秋田市手形学園町１-１秋田大学大学図書館・情報推進課主査(情報化推進担当) 京 直恵電話018-889-2233３ 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。(1) 交付期間 令和3年９月６日から令和３年10月８日まで。(2) 交付場所 上記２(2)に同じ。４ その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。５ Summary(1) Classification of the products to be procured : 14(2) Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Akita University Information System 1Set(3) Type of the procurement : Rent(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :A The system is to provide the university’s information infrastructure promotingeducation and research activities. The entire system should consist of an education system,a research support system, a file server and a general-purpose computing server, a backbonenetwork system, and an administration management system.

B The education system should contribute to all areas of education including informationprocessing. It should support lecture courses, seminars and independent study, and consistof computers, networks, servers, user management systems, printers, backup devicesperipherals and software.

C The file server and the research support system, which are used for both education andresearch, should possess peripherals for sub systems to process multimedia data. Theyshould have sufficient functions and capability.

D The virtualization server must accommodate dozens of virtual servers that providevarious services, have computing power and memory capacity that can efficiently executeservice applications, and have high availability.

E The backbone network system should consist of networks to connect systems to thecampus information network, network service systems, systems for network securitymeasures, and backup devices. It should sufficiently support smooth communications andservices, and should also have high system security level and countermeasure capabilities toguard against unauthorized access.

F The administration management system should have an integrated managementcapability, watching it to monitor record and report on the system’s status, including itsoperation, utilization and errors. The system should also have an integrated and centralizeduser management capability.

G The system must support online learning and remote use.

H The entire system should be designed with efficiency, space and energy conservationin mind. It should also have high availability and disaster tolerance capabilities.

I The supplier should establish maintenance and support systems to ensure the entiresystem’s stable operation and to provide prompt response against uncontrollable, systemfault and failures.

J A smooth transition from the present system, including the management of currentresource should be facilitated.
