Ｂ High-speed network environment must exist. Through this, great numbers of theresearchers of the Universities of the whole country can use it at the same time.

Ｃ The software and data used on the current system must work on next system. Inaddition, it must have the necessary software development environments andapplications for updating system.

Ｄ Through the rent period, the software version up must be supported.

Ｅ The system troubles and the urgent security problems must be repaired rapidly.

Ｆ It must be possible that the automated operation and the continuous operationexcept time of maintenance.
